EPM has completed over 400 assignments throughout New York City metropolitan area, under various on–call environmental consulting service contracts since 1996.
Approximately 250 projects involved hazardous materials investigations, and remediation design documentation. Tasks have included fire alarm upgrades, electrical upgrades, building exterior modernizations, climate control, ADA compliance upgrades, video surveillance installations, general room conversions, building additions, elevator upgrades, boiler replacements, roof replacements, and rehabilitation of pools, playgrounds, and athletic fields.
Approximately 155 other tasks were Hazardous Material Oversight projects, whereby EPM provided general review and approval of Contractor Work Plans, project abatement management, project/air monitoring, on-site suspect hazardous material survey assessment, lead clearance wipe sampling, and preparation of closeout documents.
