Environmental Planning & Management is an environmental consulting firm which has had extensive experience performing a variety of environmental projects throughout the tri-state area.  Mrs. Stacey Gogos, President and Principal Environmental Engineer, established EPM in May of 1988 after having served as Project Manager at the USEPA and at a national engineering company.  EPM is comprised of over 30 environmental engineers, scientists and technicians. Many of them have had at least ten years experience in the environmental consulting field, thus enabling us to provide a comprehensive approach to the solution of environmental problems.

           

Our staff is trained to conduct Hazardous Waste Investigations and facility audits in accordance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA)/ASTM protocol and are certified as USEPA AHERA and NYSDOL Management Planners and Inspectors; New York State Department of Labor Project Designers, Air Sampling Technicians, Inspectors, Project Monitors and Supervisors and New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) Investigators.  EPM staff have also been certified as Lead Inspectors/Contractor Supervisors.
